We seek applications from an enthusiastic and highly motivated developmental/ molecular biologist to join a vibrant and exciting research environment. You will study the regulation of gene expression and cell signalling in Drosophila. This work will combine conventional molecular and developmental techniques with genome-wide RNAi screens. The laboratory is located in a superbly equipped state-of-the-art institute, which provides an exciting research-environment and houses a range of core-facilities.
You should hold (or expect to hold shortly) a PhD in Molecular Biology, Developmental Biology, Genetics or a closely related field with relevant experience in these areas.
Funded by the Wellcome Trust, this position is available immediately, and tenable for up to 24 months in the first instance with a possibility for extension.
