My client, based in Manchester, specialise in accident management and personal Injury claims. They are embarking on a well funded, rapid growth plan and are seeking Business Development Managers, to drive the achievement of our plans.

To grow the business within the Insurance Broker, Claims Management and Automotive markets, through...
New business activity - (Field sales)
Management & development of existing relationships
Supporting key trading partner activity
Actively investigating and expanding new business opportunities
To achieve sales targets...
o To negotiate and agree new trading agreements
o To professionally promote all the companies products and services
o To provide training and coaching to business partners, as and when required
o To support key account activity
o To maintain and update referrer, and market, database
o Area planning
o Reporting
o Provide feedback on competitor activity
o Provide customer feedback
o To develop, and maintain, personal commercial and legislative awareness
o To maintain communication channels with internal departments
