Job Description
£17000 basic starting salary,
OTE £25, 000 pro-rota, hours of work Monday to Friday.
Customer Service Advisors wanted for a financial organisation within the Manchester area.
My client a successful financial organisation are seeking professional, proactive customer service advisors to go that extra mile with a can do attitude.
You role will involve calling all professional candidates who are seeking a new challenge within the financial industry.
You will be responsible for proactively building and maintaining excellent client relationships and ensuring the client maintain their monthly payments. Alongside this you will be responsible for resolving any client and creditor queries relating to your client base and providing annual reports to creditors. Within your client relationship, you will be responsible for completing account reviews and analysing client\'s earnings.
