The Henry Moseley X-ray Imaging Facility is unique in the UK. It is able to image in 3D events taking place over a very wide range of spatial scales. You will support and develop the experimental X-ray facilities as well as help to develop in situ environmental stages and X-ray detectors. You will work as part of a team training users, carrying out experiments and maintaining the hardware and software.
You should have a first degree or other appropriate qualifications (HNC plus equivalent experience) as well as experience of running/maintaining scientific equipment.
This position is available immediately, and is tenable until 30th June 2013.
