Job Description
£14000 plus monthly bonus, hours of work 9am-5.30pm 4 days per week, 1 day a week will be required to work a late shift which is 12.30-8.30pm.
Permanent Vacancies to start immediately, our client a successful financial organisation in the Altrincham area is seeking Appointment Setters, your role is to arrange appointments from a cold call, to ensure that daily targets are achieved and exceeded and to strive to improve on service and goals, to monitor own performance against target implementing remedial as required, to review methods of sale, devise and implement strategies to maximise profit potential, to provide support to colleagues and all partners as and when required.
Skills required: lead generation, direct marketing, outbound b2C or B2B, strong communication skills with excellent telephone manner, proven record of success within sales, positive attitude, and IT skills.
